Achievements

• Sandeep, an alumini of NFCI Maqsudan, made Dum Pukht to win an International Cooking Competition, beating chefs from 109 countries. Those are the standards we aim to achieve with every student of NFCI.

• NFCI has been featured on BBC in a special 45 minute documentary for honest trade practices. It is a name well recognised amongst the embassies of various countries for Cooking Training.
  

• NFCI Maqsudan is proud to be the only Cooking Institute in India offering specially designed courses for the cooks of the Armed Services. Hundreds of highly satisfied Indian Army Messes bear testimony to this silent revolution pioneered by NFCI Maqsudan.
